Vendors: This is the only way to reserve your spot at True Kentucky for Glendale Days in Glendale. Glendale Days is October 19th from 8-5 pm. If you are new, please email Debbie with a description of what you're selling.
Once you choose your spot and pay you are agreeing to the following:
1. I understand that I’m paying $70 or more for my 12x12 space to be reserved. Electric and food trucks are more. 2. I understand that I need to set up my booth on Friday, October 18th anytime from 11 am to 8 pm unless you let us know otherwise. 3. If there has been rain Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday there will be no vehicles allowed inside the fence to set up. If the ground is dry you can pull in and unload for 15 minutes the day of set up.
4. I understand that vehicles are not allowed inside the fence on Saturday under any circumstances. 5. I understand that I need to be set up and ready to sell by 7:30 am. 6. I understand that the festival doesn’t end until 5 pm and I will stay set up until then. 7. I understand there will be no refunds due to weather or in the event I cannot make it. I also cannot sell or transfer my spot. 8. I understand there is no parking on the premises. Jeminley will reserve 80 spaces in the field behind the white fence that you can purchase for $5. This will be the closest you can get to our property.
9. Please do not share this form with anyone. This is going out to those who have been preapproved.
We will have WiFi on our property for vendor use.
Spots 1-5 are the only places for food trucks with generators.
